I’m consistently advocating for building a better understanding of people’s context and of whatever moves them so that my teams can create risk-free functionalities and delightful experiences. I believe that design and research should permeate the businesses’ culture and top strategies, and integrate that mindset across the organization so that they can succeed. That’s why I hope that with every team that I work with, we go all out to change business culture and demonstrate the value of making informed decisions to build services and products that have powerful value propositions and help humans achieve seamlessly what they need to do.
